Dr David Rouse

Simulation Fellow

Originally from Yorkshire and having trained at the University of Sheffield, David is an Emergency Medicine Registrar with interests in Simulation and Critical Care.  He has been involved in teaching Health Professionals of all grades and recently designed and implemented the new Non-Invasive Ventilation Course here at SaIL.


David splits time between the SaIL Centre and the Emergency Department at St Thomas’ Hospital.  Additionally to this he is currently undertaking the postgraduate certificate in medical education at King’s College London.


Away from the hospital David is involved in the British Medical Association in his role as the Deputy Chair of the UK JDC.  When not at work he enjoys Squash, Skiing and the Gym.
