Introduction to Educational Supervision
This half day course focuses on the importance of feedback as one of the central skills of educational supervision, while introducing participants to the role of the formal Educational Supervisor.
This course gives formal recognition to those with an explicit educational supervision role. The course builds on the Clinical Supervision course.
The course includes:
- Essential knowledge and skills for educational supervision
- Giving feedback
- Developing your skills as an educational supervisor
- Supporting trainees in difficulty
