Delirium and Dementia is an inter-professional one-day simulation course for healthcare practitioners supporting patients across the acute and community care pathway. It offers the chance to practice the real-life skills needed to care for patients whom experience acute delirium with a background of dementia in a safe environment.

This programme combines the use of low and high fidelity simulation techniques and medical actors to explore how to safely care for and assess patients with delirium in the home and ward setting.
