Faculty Lead and College Tutor Development

This one day course is aimed at faculty leads and college tutors. This course addresses educational leadership and the current challenges for both faculty leads and college tutors.

The course includes:

  • Clarifying your role as department leads in medical training and both a Trust and School perspective
  • Motivation and support techniques
  • Identifying factors of a good educational environment and how to develop this culture of learning in the workplace
  • Supporting Educational Supervisors in managing trainees in difficulty
