Mindful Self Compassion Workshop

Find out about the theory and research of mindful self – compassion (including mindfulness, the physiology of self – compassion and stress)

This workshop includes:

  • Learn why self – compassion is so important in healthcare and how it might help
  • Learn how self – compassion rather than self – criticism can motivate us – particularly when we experience challenge / difficulty
  • Learn simple self – compassion practices that can be used at work and in daily life
