Complete training for the following on the College of Healthcare (you should receive your login details 6 weeks prior to your start date – please email [email protected] if you have not received your details after this):
- EPIC – your specific learning modules will already be assigned to your CoH account. You will need to complete a final assessment once you start on the Trust (trust PC required).
- Smartpage app – all clinical communication between ward nurses/clinicians on a desktop and clinicians carrying a mobile device with the SmartPage app installed (training videos are available via the College Of Health Learning Hub)
- Symphony – only if working within Emergency Department
How to get your username and password once you have completed the eLearning
- Log on to a Trust PC using your network login details. Clinical staff can use a ward PC. Note – GSTT network log ins can be obtained from your Service Manager.
- Click on the following link to access the tracker https://tww-eprapps/registration and complete the registration form
- Once completed, contact IT Training Admin on 83343 between 8am and 6pm.
- IT Training will verify you have completed required learning, assessment and confirm your registration details
- Once all checks have been completed IT Training will create your job role related clinical accounts and provide appropriate access. All doctors require access to SmartPage app found on Trust mobiles or desktop computers.
- Please note that logins and passwords can now be sent via email (nhs.uk and nhs.net only). Login and passwords can only be issued to the user directly. Those with only personal emails will need to call IT Training Admin.
