This half day online workshop provides an overview of the key mental health and wellbeing problems that arise for trainees. This in an interactive session and Supervisors will have the opportunity to discuss and reflect on their role and practice conversations.

 

Objectives:

  • Feel equipped as a supervisor to respond to trainees who are experiencing PTSD
  • Understand the causes of PTSD, the symptoms and coping strategies
  • Understand the situation regarding mental health and wellbeing of junior doctors in the UK post Covid.
