Coaching and Mentoring
The Trust runs its own coaching and mentoring service which is available to all staff groups through the Education, Training and Development department.
If you want to be a coach or mentor, or be coached or mentored yourself, it is easy to join through the website and work closely with someone who is not directly involved in your own area of work. You may wish to seek advice or wisdom from other individuals who have a different perspective on your professional and personal challenges.
Currently there are over 500 staff using the service which helps develop staff and fosters an environment of innovation and improvement.
